Sustainable Living

I am a climate change and sustainability professional with 10 years of experience working on some of the world’s most pressing climate challenges. But for me, the work has never been just professional—it’s also personal.

Because I spend my career tackling climate change on a global scale, I also felt a responsibility to live sustainably in my own life. Over the years, friends, colleagues, and even strangers began asking me: “How do I actually live more sustainably—without feeling guilty, overwhelmed, or like it’s impossible?” My answer was always simple: I shared what I was already doing in my own life. Step by step, people began seeing that sustainability doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive—it can be practical, empowering, and long-lasting.

Then in 2024, everything changed.

I had a near-death experience (you can watch the full story in the video) that forced me to reflect on what legacy I wanted to leave behind. While hospitalized, I started creating my legacy course—a guide that could live on even if I didn’t. I wanted to leave behind more than professional publications and policy reports; I wanted to leave people with the tools to actually live in harmony with the planet.

Thankfully, I survived.

Today, I’m channeling that experience into something bigger: hosting workshops and building an online course that breaks down sustainable living into clear, actionable steps. No guilt. No overwhelm. No unrealistic ideals. Just a proven, practical way to live sustainably that works for real people, in real life, and even saves money along the way.

For me, this is more than teaching—it’s about leaving a footprint of good in the world, and helping others do the same.
